By working through the platform

We confirm the correctness of the information entered on the platform by the responsible person who registered his name, email and mobile number
We know that Eventshubs are responsible for providing information about human resources who are registered through Eventshubs and have no role in negotiation, selection, or human resource efficiency.
We know that if we request the VIP service, the role of the platform will be to select the employees and negotiate with them on our behalf according to the requirements that we have set and application form we filled out via Eventshubs
If we request the VIP service, we agree to a 20% increase of the total cost of providing human resources in case the number is less than 50 individuals
If we request the VIP service, we agree to a 15% increase of the total cost of providing human resources in case the number is more than 50 individuals
If we request the VIP service, we agree to a 15% increase of the total cost of providing human resources in case the number is more than 50 individuals
We agree to the criteria and prices set by the Eventshubs management for events and we are aware that they can change according to the general market situation.

I confirm that the information I entered on the Eventshubs is correspond to the reality
When I agree to work with any party that nominated me to work at the event, I consent my approval order within 7 working days
I confirm my commitment to the policies and procedures of the event organizers that nominated me to work
In addition to adherence to the general policies followed in the country in which the event is organized, as well as the policies and regulations of the competent authorities that managing the events
I accept the criteria and prices set by the Eventshubs’ platform management when nominated me to work in events and I am aware that they can be changed according to the general situation of the market and according to the event’s organizers
In case the organizer asked me to attend a training program before the event, I am committed to that, and I am aware that the training program before starting work is not counted within the working days nor shall I be paid for it.
I am obligated to submit any document proving my identity or license to practice a profession and to upload it if the Eventshubs ask me to do so
I am aware that my failure to abide by any of the previous clauses will affect my general evaluation and restrict my future work with Eventshubs, or it is prohibited to do business with me through Eventshubs.

If confirmed, I am committed to work and in case I am unable to work I will inform you 10 days before the joining date.
