Billing and Cancellation

Billing Cycle: Your subscription fees and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and potential transaction fees, will be charged to your "Payment Method" on the specified billing date indicated on the "Account" page. The length of your Billing Cycle depends on the type of subscription you selected when signing up for the service. In some cases, your billing date may change.
Payment Methods: To use our services, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any "Payment Method" associated with your account if your primary payment method is declined or no longer available for payment of your subscription fees. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we obtain a valid "Payment Method."
Updating Your Payment Methods: You can update your payment methods by visiting the "Account" page. We may also update your payment methods using information provided by payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable payment method(s).
Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, membership fees paid may be refunded within 30 days of the start of the subscription, provided that no services have been utilized on the site.
To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of the current billing period. To check when your account will close, click on "Billing Details" on the "Account" page.
Timeframe and Methods for Refunds:
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Refunds for credit card payments take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
Price Changes and Subscription Plans: Subscription plans and service prices may be subject to change from time to time. However, any changes to pricing or subscription plans will not be applied until at least 30 days after you have been notified.
